The EAME Project Management Team includes Program Managers and Project Managers specialised in Central Systems led by the Director of Project Management.

The MICROS-Fidelio PM team is the client representative tasked with determining and implementing the exact needs of our customers. The PM team has the ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of our contracting party, and to form close links with the nominated representatives. It is essential that the key issues such as cost, time, quality and customer satisfaction are realised.
The PM team provides a mixture of professional project management and program management. Both of these competencies are available across all MICROS-Fidelio subsidiaries, dealers and direct customers.

All Project and Program Managers are PRINCE 2* certified. The combination of using PRINCE 2 and PMI** methods enables us to adapt the PM methodology to all kinds of hotel and hospitality projects.

What are the benefits for our customers?
PMs conduct projects in a controlled environment. This includes proper project initiation involving a statement of work to document all aspects with regard to project scope, approach, benefits, risks, team setup, communications, assumptions, deliveries and customer expectations.
Project planning includes high level, stage and quality planning. PM uses individual extranet services to make our activities transparent to our customers.
All change requests, off specifications and issues are tracked during project execution.
Project closure is supported by lessons learned reports and customer post live recommendations.
